Massage therapist secrets :
1. No, not only rich and famous luxuries are massages
Certainly a luxury spa could empty your pouches, but you can also find a decent licenced therapist at a reasonable rate. And once you do, you will realise how necessary it is to your well-being. Sometimes you just need a good massage to get your body pain. Treat me yourself. Treat me yourself. Treat me. Treat me. Treat me.
2. it’s cool to not know exactly what you want or want. Anyway, communication is
Tell us exactly what you have to do and what you want us to focus on. Some expect an overall massage, with some additional time focusing on a certain area, while others want to concentrate on a certain area. Let us know other things, too, like hurting the pressure or using more.
3. Anatomy, physiology and many different techniques are familiar to massage therapists
The massage therapy school lasts approximately 2 years and in each state the requirements differ. But everywhere you go you learn anatomy and physiology and all different massage techniques from Shiatsu / Thai and Swedish massages to deeper tissue and hot stone massage.
4. Massage therapists are usually very busy. If you want the best experience, then you should arrive on time
We often have busy schedules because we tend to reserve our customers back-to-back. So, if your schedule is on time, come back at this time. Time will make us better because we can spend time without time limit through the movements of a massage, like warming and refreshing.
5. Mid-massage occurs sometimes to boners
Hey, it happens, and we definitely notice it. We are sure customers will notice it as well. It’s a natural and ordinary response, but because our customers are here to relax and we usually have dim lighting, we’ll probably say nothing. We could instead simply bundle the sheets in the area to hide them and then continue to work.
6. No, you’re not going to have a happy ending, so don’t even consider it
We don’t do sexual favours, works of the hands, blow jobs, showers of gold. If an erotic massage occurs, your massage therapist may be insulting.
7. Too many wise people arrive without showering before and the absolute WORST is
Hey, we are human. We are human. We are human. We are human. We are also overwhelmed, although we saw a lot during the time we gave massages
8. In fact, only basic hygiene is improved
Besides BO invading our nostrils and not wanting to massage a sweaty body, we also scratch long nails occasionally. Many people – especially during the summer, when sandals and flops are in them – also come with dirt on all feet and nice chunky toe jam. It is not fun to work with, and not every massage therapist takes your feet in a bath beforehand.
The feet are our foundation, but are also very dull, capable of conforming and adjusting to our stand and movement. This can cause difficulties if you always have weight or wear certain shoes on one part of your feet as your muscles try to make up.
10. Your pores will open and all that gunk within your body will (sort of) spill during your massage
This is especially true if you are drinking alcohol, smoking cigarettes or taking certain medicines the day before. Massages move around all the fluid cells (interstitial fluids) around you and open the pores so that all the toxins you have are released into your body. We won’t feel it, but we can certainly smell it.
11. Drinking the water and doing something you want later is the best way to keep relaxing
After a massage, you can do whatever you like to do, running or chilling on a TV couch. We recommend only that you drink plenty of water to help keep the above detox – you can also add lemon if that’s your thing.
12. Loud groaning and groaning is a kind of embarrassment
We’re very happy to massage our customers, and we know they’re good, but usually loud moaning and moaning distract us from what we do and make us unforgettable.
13. All types of bodies are visible all day long, so try not to get too strange
There’s nothing awkward — we’re professionals. Furthermore, if we are working on certain areas, if you want the best possible massage, your clothes have to be out of hand — it’s hard to do good work on your hips if we always try to remove your underwear.
14. And we won’t cross borders on your body, of course
We want you to feel respected and safe with us to relax and receive the treatment you need. So we also set our own limits, like never massaging the breast tissue—to anybody—or going beyond about 2/3 of the way in the legs.
15. Everyone can (and should) receive a massage
Have you got back pain ? Get a massage. Get a massage. What about an injury to sports? Massage it! Massage it! Have you just left the surgery? Lymphatic drainage could be helpful. Literally everybody can massage here and there and our customers go from the average sporting Joe to celebrities and the army. Massages are just as good for recovery as they are incredible for stress and emotional distress.
16. If you have an event involving physical activity, come to us some days early
When you’re here, we really work out your muscles. See us a few days before your event — whether it’s a basketball tournament or a new home — will give them time to recover and get ready for anything they need to do.
17. But if you’re ill, injured or medically ill, you may want to receive a doctor’s referral first
We don’t want to make anything worse than it may be already, so if you have been injured recently, it would be better to check with your doctor, because you will know in which stage it is cured. Similarly, if you’ve recently become ill or are on medications, massages can influence the functioning of the liver and the kidneys and can change the way medicines work. We’ll be ready for you if your doc gives the OK.
18. We are compassionate, service-oriented people who want to really help others
Although each of us is starting massage therapy for different reasons, the desire to help people and improve their well-being is one thing we all share. We put our hearts in our hands.
